European Union
Local delivery is carried out by Post.
The majority of items are free shipping for orders over €95 and have a 12.70 shipping cost for orders under 95.
Delivery currently takes around 10 business days and can be tracked online 24-48 hours after dispatch.
DHL Express shipping with prepaid import duties and taxes is available for most items. Cost will vary depending on item price and weight.
For some items we provide shipping from the US which takes 4 to 6 business days, please note the shipping costs on the product information page for these items.

United Kingdom

The majority of items are free shipping for orders over £100 and have a £4 shipping cost for orders under£100.
Delivery currently takes around 10 business days and can be tracked online 24-48 hours after dispatch.
DHL Express shipping with prepaid import duties and taxes is available for most items. Cost will vary depending on item price and weight.

Refunds and Returns
Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is defective in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

Returns for change of mind are allowed within 30 days of receipt if the product is unopened and unused. You are responsible for return costs.

Please contact our orders department at the Help Desk so that we can authorise the return and provide the best returns address for your location and products ordered. Please send the item via registered post and include the original packing slip for order identification. Once the order has arrived back at our warehouse a full refund will be provided. Returned items will be only be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items.

Fragrance Returns
Fragrances are considered dangerous goods by Postal Services which means they are unable to be set through general post. We are happy to accept fragrance returns but it is your responsibility to organise and cover the cost of these. Because of this please choose your fragrance orders carefully.
